Hannibal In The Alps
This picture - taken either by myself or Stephen Caddy - shows Carthaginian troops advancing down an Alpine valley towards a horde of angry Gauls. The action - fought in 2007 or thereabouts - was based on a couple of clashes outlined in Tony Bath's book "Hannibal's Campaigns" (PSL 1981) At some point I'll post a full scenario, including rules for rock-rolling. In the meantime all that really needs saying are that the elephants are Minifig Pbs crewed by Numidian javelin men from the same range.
The awaiting Gaulish skirmishers are Stephen's Lamming figures. The warband behind them are Minifigs PBs.
