I finally got hold of a copy of Achtung Schweinehund, despite Amazon apparently not wanting to part with one. THank you so much - uncomfortably like looking in a mirror, but has helped my wife understand me. I laughed long and hard. Regards, Alan.
Cheers Alan. I actually quite like The Eagle - partly because my teenage daughter enjoyed it enough to watch it twice (a pleasant change from the oeuvre of Robert Patterson and Anne Hathaway). I think the best bits are at the start with the fort and the crazed druid. You are right about the ending.
